Beetroot kabab salad

Ingredients

For Base
- Lettuce - 2 cups
- Red Cabbage - 2 cups

For Kebab
- Boiled Grated Beetroot - 1 cup
- Tofu - 100gm
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper - half tsp
- Red chilli pd - half tsp
- besan -  2tbsp

For dressing
- Brocolli - 8-10 florets
- basil leaves - 6-7 leaves
- walnut - 2
- hung curd - half cup
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt to taste
- black pepper - half tsp
- water - 1/4 cup
